Does it work without the internet?
Speech generation and English translation run locally. Pro activation codes are verified offline. Use the internet to download the app, purchase Pro and email support for your code.
How do I activate Pro?
After buying through Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, email voxneststudio.support@proton.me with your order reference and the installation ID from Activate Pro. Codes are normally issued within two business days after verification and receipt of complete details. Two installations are included; each needs its own matching code.
Which languages and voices are included?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Ten shared Supertonic 3 presets (F1-F5 and M1-M5) are selectable across every language. This is not sixty separate speakers or voice cloning.
Does it translate my script?
English input can be translated offline into the other five supported speech languages. Review the translated words in Spoken script. For text already in the selected language, choose Already in selected speech language. Translation from other source languages is not included.
What are the trial and Pro limits?
The free trial includes all features, with up to 500 characters per generation. Pro supports up to 100,000 characters per generation with no daily generation quota in the current version. Long words and translation sentences may need splitting. Speed depends on your hardware.
Can I use the audio commercially?
Follow the bundled third-party model licenses, including OpenRAIL-M use restrictions and applicable AI-generated-content disclosures. You must have the necessary rights to your input. Review pronunciation and translations before use.
Is there a subscription or refund policy?
Pro is a one-time version-1 purchase. Version-1 maintenance updates are included if released; future major versions are not automatically included. No discretionary refunds for change of mind or preferences, except where required by law or platform terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected; downloading or activating alone does not waive withdrawal rights.
